anyway...had a 8 days trip to Japan, Nagoya and Tokyo.
Japan trip 2006 (8th dec to 15th dec)
Day 1 : Touched down at Nagoya airport at about 8 plus in the morning. First stop was the Nagoya garden, and saw the past of Japan. The towers were nice...very high. Din bother to climb all the way up...almost looked the same like the ones i saw in Korea...LOL! At noon, we went to Nagoya Super Land! Whee...it's a theme park, and the biggest attraction is the 97 metres high roller coaster! But the thing is, we onli had 2 free tics to take 2 rides. Grrrr...and unfortunately, that roller coaster is the onli ride that u had to pay 1000 yen to take. We din wan to pay the 1k yen...then sat the Giant Frisbee and the White Cyclone...FUN SIA!!! Then after that, we went to the Nabana no Sato. It's a flower garden...then there was a small hot spring for putting in ur legs. So shiok...heehee. Went to go see the flowers...so pretty sia... so big oso. After that, about 4 plus it started to get darker, then we went to check in at Ai Plaza Tsushima. Had a short briefing, then dinner, then we had a rehearsal for concert the next day. After that, all went back to room to prepare to bathe. WTH? 2 common toilets for 85 of us to use??? muz bathe with a few ppl...zzz. Nvm...ren3 yi1 xia4. We had to sleep on a mattress and put comforters...then din have blanket in the room...so used another comforter for blanket! LOL!
Day 2 : Woke up early to go eat breakfast, then it was off to Aichiken Kinro Kaiken, a 1.6k seat concert hall. Rehearsed for concert...best, I FORGOT TO BRING THE TUNER!!! Then kenna scolding from Ms Sia...haiz. (Practically this whole trip always scolded by her.... T.T) Then after that, afternoon was the concert, dunno wad happen...during the concert, my instrument got prob...then cannot play during the combine with Meridian...I WILL NVR FORGET THAT PAIR OF EYES THAT SHOT AT MI!
Day 3 : Went to Aichi Meiden High School to have exchange programme with them. OMG! They had an welcome ceremony for us, by playing songs...they damn good sia. Then we ran through the Toccata and Fugue in D minor...Lunch time was the best, had a good interacting session with them. They are so damn funny...haha! i love the Clarinet section leader...haha. Keep say sorry de...lol. So cute...evening, couldn't part with them...too nice ler. T.T! I miss Eri and Risa, got a few of their emails...gotta need to send them some stuffs! Hahaha....
Day 4 : Woke up at about 6am (5am sg time). Going to Tokyo today via bullet train. heehee...quite fun leh, saw Mt Fuji! SO NICE!!! OMG!! Reached there le, then we went to sightsee at Asakusam, and shopped at Nakamise shopping street. Then after that, we went to Ueno Park, but din buy a lot of things from there...lol! Then we went to eat steak at Water grill...very nice!!! Then dunno why, we saw Statue of Liberty and the San Francisco bridge...so funny. Then we went to check in at Sunshine City Prince Hotel....very nice sia. Room mate was Andrea. 1st night sleep super early, like about 9.30 liddat...lol!
Day 5 : TODAY GO DISNEYLAND! Woohoo! The space mountain close...so sian. Then we sat the 2nd most thrilling ride...then is like, "regret...should have just pay 1k yen to sit that roller coaster!! T.T!" So damn boring...dunno wad to do sia...then sit all the waste time rides.... but we sat the wet ride 2 times...very fun, got pic de..but not nice leh...then suan le....
Day 6 : Today got exchange programme with Katakura High School. Had a small school concert then we had the exchange. Stupid la...Ms Sia ask mi to zip up my jacket, i say the zipper spoil ler...then she scold mi why spoil and why din tell her it's spoil? I told Miss Ang, then she say nvm de...then suppose Miss Ang lend mi, then nvr pass to mi...then after concert got scolding from Ms Sia again...WTH??? Then walking back to the room that time to change, i fall down, then my instrument spoil... ZZZ!!!! ARGH!!! Then got scolded again from Ms Sia...then borrowed Clarissa's instrument to practise... then played 1 piece they played for the school assembly concert...very fun piece to play. :D
Day 7 : GO DISNEYSEA! Hmm...so sian. LOL! Most thrilling ride was the 360 de...but then oso not thrilling de... T.T! oh well....nvm.
Day 8 : Woke up damn early to go to airport...then touched down at Changi Airport at 5.40, slightly earlier than expected.
Ah well...i think this japan trip really was very good for us young musicians. Really a good way to widen our knowledge of music! They really put in effort to do their actions, and they do it with much enthusiasm...they're just, so good... how i wish i was with them, rather than stay in Singapore....
Anyway...so long nvr blog, Christmas was great. Lost some money at Bingo... T.T Played nepali poker...so fun! Heehee...then after that, had a chalet at downtown east. Had a BBQ on the 1st night, then invited some ppl...heehee. 2nd day, went to chalet at Aloha Loyang...gavi they all de chalet. Pay 25$ dun go, very wasted..lol. 3rd day, got band...of which got sec 4 farewell...then the sec 4s came late, so i just left. Cab back home and cab to downtown east with Gek, then walked to Aloha Loyang. Had a BBQ there...then at night, some of us went to walk to Red House.. ewww...i dun like la hor...then walked to downtown east. Went to arcade to play...heehee.
Ytd, went down early about 9.30 to the chalet...then ate breakfast at there...then watching star wars, then i fell asleep at the sofa...so tired. About 11.30, gek just come onli...noon we all outside watching hide and seek... Afternoon, gambling in the room (playing blackjack, then i won $8.50) before went down to downtown east, actually wanted to go escape de...then it rained. Gah...then went to arcade to play...then Shermann managed to get a pool table...then illegally go in play. Wahahaha...so fun. Heh! Then Shermann got another table to play another round, then the rest of us go eat, some at KFC, some at subway...lol. Then meet back at pool there...lol! Then evening went back to chalet, then they wanted to go swimming...lol. Then me and gek went oso, then no swim suit ma, then we just go jacuzzi there soak feet...then becoz got volunteer to lend clothes...then kenna push in by gek into the jacuzzi...sian. Oh well...borrow tim's shirt and bermudas (is that wad it's called? XD), so big sia... then about 11.30 then go home...lol!
Today accidentally ponned band... :X Afternoon went out with sis, Ken and Rudy...went to Suntec then ate lunch at crystal jade, then went to arcade play a while...then walk walk. Evening went to orchard, coz sis and ken had a buffet dinner at Mariott hotel. haiz...then i alone at Shaw Centre eat macs AGAIN!!! hmm...nvm. Then went to Borders...so sian, took 1 lit book to read...read halfway going to sleep... then went language section, read from jap to korean to latin to mexico spanise. So sian...then decided to leave, lucky my sis just finished eating...walked to CK tangs to find them then together walked back to Lido to go watch movie. Initially wanted to watch Curse of the Golden Flower...but then, no good seats. In the end, we watched Night at the Museum...din regret! VERY NICE MOVIE! Laugh and laugh and laugh de...lol. After that, went to karaoke to meet Rudy and his frens...haiz..then just before we left, some "thing" happened...nvm, shan't say...then took a bus home.
Ah well...not bad la today. Now is to figure out...HOW TO FINISH MY HOMEWORK! Die le.... T.T!!!
